Founded in 2007 by designer Tracey Graves, Becoming Jewelry creates meaningful pieces that celebrate both everyday moments and milestones. Inspired by literature and the world around her, each handcrafted design serves as a reminder to find joy in life's journey through thoughtful gifts for yourself or someone you love.
After leading Becoming through a comprehensive brand refresh and expansion, we created a Shopify store that mirrored their values and tone while optimizing for higher AOV and conversion.
Working with Tracey Graves, Becoming's founder, we built out a website designed to foster product discovery and conversion. Working with the brand's understated aesthetic that lets the jewelry shine, we focused on thoughtful spacing and typography to create an elegant, refined feel. We strategically incorporated trust-building elements and add-on product features to increase average order value.
With the new website launched in time for Q4, we delivered the best holiday season the company has ever had.
