Collateral Design

This is one of those things where pictures are worth a thousand words, so we'll keep the copy light on this page — and let the work do the talking. But first thing's first.

Good collateral — store signs, hang tags, labels, packing tape, tissue paper, thank-you cards, you name it — adds depth to your brand, communicates your commitment to quality, and enriches every customer interaction. Think of it like adding a rich layer of frosting to an already-delicious cake. It speaks volumes about who you are, and it does so at moments that matter: when a package arrives, when a tag is read before a purchase, when someone photographs your product and posts it.

For DTC and omnichannel brands, collateral is often the most underinvested touchpoint in the customer experience. You spend real money getting someone to your site, converting them, and shipping to them — and then the box lands with generic brown tape and a packing slip that looks like it came from 1998. That's a missed opportunity.

What We Design

Our collateral work typically includes hang tags and product labels, custom packaging design (boxes, mailers, tissue, tape), packing inserts and thank-you cards, in-store signage and display materials, spec sheets and wholesale line sheets, trade show booth materials, and branded bags and retail packaging. That's a lot of things that touch your customers — and every single one of them is a chance to reinforce your brand and delight them.

How We Work
