This includes commission structure design, creative asset development, affiliate recruitment, and ongoing program management. The key to a productive affiliate program is active management: recruiting the right partners, providing them with good assets and information, and optimizing commission structure based on what's actually driving sales.

Content & Creative Collaboration

Influencer content doesn't just live in the influencer's feed. The best programs repurpose creator content as paid social creative, email assets, and product page imagery — often outperforming brand-produced content at a fraction of the production cost. Performance Tracking & Attribution

Influencer and affiliate attribution is notoriously messy. We set up tracking that gives you a clear picture of what's actually working: UTM parameters, unique discount codes per creator, pixel-based attribution where applicable, and post-purchase survey data that captures self-reported attribution from customers who found you through a creator. This is imperfect science, but it's far better than flying blind.
