Shopify's own AI toolset — Shopify Magic — now covers AI-generated product descriptions, image editing and background removal, automated SEO suggestions, and Sidekick, Shopify's AI assistant. We help merchants activate and configure these tools effectively, and more importantly, build the content workflows and quality controls that ensure AI-generated output is on-brand and accurate rather than generic and hallucinated.

Klaviyo AI

Klaviyo's AI capabilities have matured significantly: predictive customer lifetime value, churn risk scoring, send-time optimization, and generative subject line suggestions. We configure these features as part of our email and SMS engagements, ensuring that the AI models are trained on clean, well-segmented data rather than noisy lists that produce inaccurate predictions.

AI-Powered Search & Discovery

Shopify's native search is increasingly AI-powered, using semantic understanding rather than pure keyword matching. We optimize product data, metafields, and taxonomy to maximize the quality of AI-driven search and browse results — ensuring that customers who search for "gifts for outdoor adventurers" find the right products, not just the ones with those exact words in their titles.
