Marketplace & Feed Management

Managing feeds is one of those tasks that feels akin to plumbing — the essential infrastructure that often goes unnoticed until something goes wrong. But like a burst pipe, a broken or unoptimized feed can quietly cost you a lot of money before you realize there's a problem.

Shopify serves as a robust hub for multichannel commerce, capable of storing vast amounts of product data. But that data doesn't automatically become a great Amazon listing or a high-performing Google Shopping campaign. Getting it there — in the right format, with the right field values, optimized for each platform's ranking signals — is where feed management comes in.

The Platforms We Work With

Our marketplace and feed work spans Google Shopping (including Performance Max), Meta Catalog (for Dynamic Product Ads), Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping, and the Shop App. Each platform has its own feed schema, its own image requirements, its own title and description character limits, and its own optimization levers. A title that performs well on Google Shopping is structured differently than one that ranks on Amazon. We know the difference — and we build feeds that reflect those differences.

Feed Optimization

An optimized feed isn't just a correct feed. It's a feed where product titles front-load the highest-intent search terms, where descriptions are written for the platform's search algorithm rather than just copied from your website, where custom labels segment your catalog by margin or seasonality or promotional status, and where images meet or exceed the minimum quality thresholds. We've seen properly optimized feeds lift Shopping campaign performance by 30–50% with no change in budget — purely from better data.

Ongoing Management

Feeds aren't static. Products go out of stock, prices change, new items launch. A feed that isn't actively managed develops errors that get products disapproved, or stale data that makes your listings less competitive. We handle ongoing feed maintenance as part of our integration work — keeping your product data fresh, your approvals clean, and your marketplace listings current.

While clients may not exclaim, "Wow, thanks for the immaculate feed!" they undoubtedly reap the rewards of our meticulous feed strategies — especially when paired with our Paid Search services and Multichannel Ecommerce approach.
