Nicki Bongiorno, an interior designer and shop owner in Kennebunkport, came to us ready to take her existing outdated ecommerce site to the next level. In addition, she was relocating her shop to the neighboring town of Kennebunk and wanted to update her brand's look and feel to project a unique, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed aesthetic.
Our team did a full redesign of her brand, beginning with a renaming to bring together both her store and her interior design business. The "Inspired Living" tagline was also created to encompass all aspects of living, from the design of your home to the clothing and kitchen wares you choose. We designed a wordmark logo that is refined and modern, a clean typeface, color blocked patterns, and timeless color patterns to round out her visual identity.
The website redesign included a similar goal of promoting both interior design services and well-curated home and lifestyle products for sale online. We took a mobile-first approach and focused our strategy on a clean design, one that was easy to navigate for the user. We implemented a brand new organizational structure, collection filtering, cross-selling, and all new photography to help customers easily find what they’re looking for and increase conversion.
In addition, we supported Spaces with a variety of design and ecommerce needs including redesign of email templates, creating an email signup on the website to drive subscribers, and management of performance marketing.
